Building Services Maintenance Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Maintenance Engineer to carry out commercial & domestic work.
The successful candidate must be capable of servicing, fault finding and maintaining all types of gas and oil burners and boilers. Must also be Gas Safe and OFTEC registered.
This is a permanent position.
The candidate must be based locally to St Albans.

Vehicle/Plant Mechanic
We are looking for a mechanic to service and maintain our fleet of company cars & vans.
This is a position which could be full or part-time. Duties are varied and as well as the above duties as a mechanic, this position will also include:
- Keeping vehicle & plant log;
- Overseeing the company stores;
- Carrying out company building maintenance.
Experience as a mechanic is essential. The ideal candidate will also be based locally to St Albans.

Foreman Fitter/Welder
We are looking for a qualified fitter to work on site installing and managing our HVAC projects.
The successful candidate should be experienced in boiler/plantroom installations and installing steel, copper and plastic pipework.
The role would also involve managing Arnold James' site operatives and sub-contractors.
Candidates would preferably be Gas Safe registered for commercial installations.
A company van would be provided and the candidate should live within a 15 mile radius of our St Albans base.
