Mechanical Engineer (Design, Contracts and Maintenance) For Special Works Dept.

We are looking for an experienced self motivated Mechanical Building Services Engineer.

The duties will include estimation and engineering of contracts including surveying, preparing reports and associated design/ drawings.  A working knowledge of current legislation is essential and experience with building services software, e.g. Auto Cad / Estimation is desirable.

You will hold (min) B tech in Building Services Engineering or equivalent and have at least 10 years relevant experience.

Salary and benefits will be by negotiation dependent upon experience.

Assistant Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a junior self motivated Mechanical Building Services Engineer.

The duties will include assisting within the estimation and engineering of contracts including surveying, preparing reports and associated design/ drawings.  A working knowledge of the industry is essential and experience with building services software, e.g. Auto Cad / Estimation is desirable.   You will hold (min) B tech in Building Services Engineering or equivalent and have at least 4 years relevant experience.
